In 2004 Cindy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of South Florida. She has over 20 years’ experience working in various accounting roles including Senior Accountant and Full-Charge bookkeeper. In 2010, Cindy and her family returned home to Delaware after spending 16 years in Florida. In June 2012 she joined Poland & Sullivan as a part-time bookkeeper assisting in processing the agency’s financial transactions. In January 2014 Cindy’s role at Poland & Sullivan grew to include Financial Services assistant working with group and individual health insurance clients and became licensed in Life & Health. In July 2017 Cindy was promoted to full-time Controller for Poland & Sullivan. She handles all aspects of financial management for the agency as well as human resources and office management.
